HOW TANTRA STOPS A PANIC ATTACK:

Scientists estimate that about 95% of all panic attacks are essentially caused by the same process — the body is producing adrenalin (so you can fell or kill a bear) but there is no actual threat (no bear). Adrenaline is a powerful hormone that gives you massive strength and endurance– some people have reported lifting heavy cars to free their children from an accident, their bodies fueled by adrenaline. Adrenaline is very useful. Adrenaline is powerful.

Yet, if the body produces adrenaline (and various other hormones) when there is no emergency or heavy car to lift… then often people go into a panic attack. Panic will cause adrenaline to pump into your blood stream instantly — and it also works in reverse. If your body dumps adrenaline into your blood, you will most likely feel panic (unless you know what’s happening). Even if there is absolutely nothing to fear, if your body is pumping adrenaline… you will very likely feel you are about to go insane or die (a anxiety attack).

1. Choose your desire — what you intend to be, do, change, or have. Your intent might be to heal yourself of anxiety attacks, forever. Feel this desire as a sense of gratitude in your heart center. In this case feel that you are already healed of anxiety attacks, and that you are very thankful to have your happiness back! Sense it deeply. (If you need to, just act as if it is real for a second or two.)

2. Whenever you remember it and you want to feel energized, stop whatever you are doing, and focus on one breath.

3. Breathe in just one, long, very conscious, breath — breathing from the bottom of your stomach. Take about five to seven seconds; even and steady and deep. Allow your belly to expand, and keep your breathe therein your rounded belly.

4. Hold your breath there from five to seven counts, in your belly.

5. Breathe out a long, slow, conscious breath; from five to seven counts. Squeeze your stomach gradually and try to squeeze out all of the air. In Tantra Yoga, Tantric Yoga, Tantra sexuality, and Tantra massage this generates the power you can utilize for healing.

6. When breathe out, picture the air coming from your belly, up to the heart center, and then out of your heart as pulses of radiant energy. Feel the breath becoming powerful magnetic waves of gratitude. Feel it. Know it.Believe it.

7. Imagine that the intent you feel in your heart center is now transmitted out to all the world, through the magnetic beams streaming from your heart.

8. At the end of your out-breath, after you have sent your gratitude out to the world, hold your breath again for five to seven counts. Now close your eyes, and say to yourself “My thanks to you. I AM NOW HEALED of all panic attacks, forever!” Feel it deeply.Feel it. Sense it.

9. Now open your eyes, breathe naturally, and go about the day until you experience the need to recharge once more. It feels good.

10. You can use this quick process over and over again if you feel a panic attack may be coming on. Keep breathing to this pattern of 5/5/5/5 until you feel relieved. Tantra Yoga, Tantric Yoga, Tantra sexuality, and Tantra massage will help you cure panic attacks.
